About Iii Studio

iii Studio (Infinite Ideas Interiors) is a Hyderabad-based interior design and execution company, established in 2010. We deliver bespoke residential and commercial projects across India, specializing in end-to-end solutions—concept design, procurement, project execution, and handover.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic

Sr. Executive HR & Admin

who will be responsible for managing both human resources and administrative operations. This role requires a multi-tasker who can handle employee-related functions as well as ensure smooth day-to-day office management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Assist with payroll inputs and ensure timely processing.
Draft and implement HR policies and ensure compliance.
Organize employee engagement activities, training, and events.
Handle day-to-day office administration including vendor coordination, supplies, travel, and facility management.
Manage company meetings, documentation, and correspondence.
Maintain regular communication with clients for follow-ups and updates.
Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of deliverables.
Handle client queries, share updates, and ensure timely responses.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in HR, Administration, and/or client management roles.
Familiarity with HRMS tools/software is an advantage.
