Senior Executive – SEO

🔑 Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with clients’ business goals.
  • Handle end-to-end SEO operations including

    on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

    .
  • Conduct keyword research, site audits, competitor analysis, and gap analysis.

Tools & Analytics

  • Work extensively with tools such as

    Google Analytics (GA), Google Search Console (GSC), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Microsoft Clarity, SEMrush, Screaming Frog

    , and other SEO tools.
  • Analyse performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a key point of contact for SEO-related client communication.
  • Clearly explain SEO performance, insights, challenges, and recommendations to clients and internal CS teams.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports confidently.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with

    content, design, and development teams

    to implement SEO best practices.
  • Ensure SEO recommendations are executed correctly across websites and landing pages.

Market & Algorithm Monitoring

  • Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and industry trends.
  • Proactively inform clients and internal teams about potential impacts and growth opportunities.

Project Management

  • Manage multiple SEO projects simultaneously with strong coordination and time management.
  • Ensure timely delivery of SEO initiatives and continuous optimization.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4–5+ years of proven experience in SEO

    (Agency experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of

    on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

    concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with major SEO and analytics tools.
  • Excellent

    verbal and written communication skills

    for client-facing interactions.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Experience in creating SEO roadmaps and long-term strategies.
  • Strong project management and coordination abilities.

  • Understanding of CRO, UX, and content strategy from an SEO perspective.
