Sr. Exe AM Project Mechanical: FLO- Project Mechanical About CMR CMR Green Technologies Limited is Indias largest producer of Aluminium and Zinc die-casting alloys with a combined annual capacity of over approx. 4, 18, 000 MT per annum. CMR, which recycles aluminium scrap to make alloy, has 28-30 percent market share in India and is nearly three times larger than its nearest competitor. We are having strong presence at PAN India level (North, West & South) with 13 manufacturing units, 5000 strong workforce and supplies to major automotive industry in India including tier one OEMs like Maruti Suzuki , Honda Cars , Bajaj Auto , Hero MotoCorp and Royal Enfield Motors. Faridabad & Other North Locations Position : FLO - Project Job Band : A Designation : Senior Executive/AM - Project Department : Project Reporting to : Area Head - Project Qualification Essential: Degree/ diploma in Mechanical// Metallurgy/ Production/ allied Engineering (Full Time) from Reputed institute Desirable: Certification Course in Project Management. Experience : Essential: 2 to 4 Years of experience in Project activities in the Manufacturing sector related Aluminum/Metal. Desired: Experience in Erection and Commissioning of Mechanical/Electrical Equipment / Packages. 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing plant with at least 2-3 years in a projects execution working experience. Job Profile: - Review blueprints, technical drawings, schematics etc. for project execution and guide the site teams in implementation and execution of the same on the ground Guide the development and implementation of operating procedures for mechanical / electrical / civil construction aspects for the project Review the design and specifications for products, systems, equipment and processes for all projects and ensure that they are as per the engineering designs and requirements Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and make recommendations to maintenance crew Oversee installation, operation and maintenance of machines and equipment to ensure that they are functioning according to specifications. Direct the contractors team in execution of design specifications and evaluate their performance on a periodic basis Ensure that maintenance and safety procedures, service schedules etc are in place and monitor adherence of the site teams to the same. Highlight budget deviations to the Project managers and investigate reasons for the same from the contractor teams. Ensure availability of equipment and supplies across locations, for the purpose of project execution. Coordinate with the Project procurement teams for timely procurement and delivery of requisite materials, as per requirements. Documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the project execution Provide weekly status update reports to project managers to update on progress in project as per timelines. Core Competencies: Problem-Solving & Analytical skills Design techniques, tools/equipment, blueprints, drawings, and models AutoCAD General Age -27 to 35 years. CTC 3.5 LPA to 6.5 LPA approx. (CTC not a constraint for suitable candidate). Candidate should not be frequent job changer. Notice Period- Joining period Max 30 Days.
