Sr Engineer II - Manual Testing

• Collaborate closely with the SIT Manager and Project team to adhere to testing processes and generate test artifacts in line with SIT guidelines.
• Analyze product architecture and commercial requirements to develop Integrity test plans with clear objectives and scenarios.
• Develop a detailed understanding of regulatory requirements to craft Compliance test plans ensuring new game mechanics and features align with applicable laws.
• Design Integration test plans to ensure new game mechanics integrate seamlessly with supporting technology, including platforms, cabinet hardware/firmware, common code libraries, and external systems.
• Independently implement Integrity, Compliance, and Integration test plans.
• Ensure good test traceability from requirements through to test execution and results.
• Apply sound reasoning to raise and discuss issues with the development team.
• Improve SIT process efficiency through effective communication with SIT Management and team members.

• B.E., B. Tech, MCA, or a similar qualification.
• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in Software testing, including product testing experience.
• Ability to write basic Python and VB scripts.
• Previous experience in the land-based gaming industry or a closely related gaming field is helpful.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, Linux and automation tools is highly regarded.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with global collaborators and interpret gaming regulations.
• Flexibility to navigate changing business priorities and adapt as required.
• Positive and collaborative approach to working with SIT & development teams to customize testing approaches.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
