1. Strategy & Planning Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, etc.). Analyze market trends, target audience behavior, and competitor activities to optimize performance. Manage brand positioning and digital presence consistency across all online platforms. --- 2. Content & Campaign Management Oversee content creation for websites, blogs, social media, and ad campaigns. Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure brand-aligned visuals and messaging. Develop and manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to meet ROI targets. Optimize campaign performance using A/B testing and audience insights. --- 3. SEO & Website Management Conduct keyword research, on-page, and off-page optimization to improve organic rankings. Monitor website analytics and suggest improvements for better user experience (UX). Coordinate with web developers and designers for landing pages and conversion optimization. --- 4. Social Media Marketing Create and manage monthly social media calendars and engagement strategies. Track analytics, reach, engagement, and conversions across all social channels. Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships for brand awareness. --- 5. Analytics & Reporting Monitor and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite. Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for management review. Suggest data-driven improvements to enhance campaign efficiency and ROI. --- 6. Leadership & Collaboration Guide and mentor junior digital marketing executives or interns. Collaborate with the sales and creative teams for integrated marketing efforts. Maintain communication with external agencies or ad platforms when required. --- 7. Additional Responsibilities Stay updated with digital marketing trends, AI tools, and algorithm changes. Ensure brand tone, voice, and messaging consistency across all digital channels. Manage marketing budgets and optimize ad spends effectively.
