Role Overview
We seek a Senior Frontend Developer with 3-6 years of relevant experience in React JS to build scalable, responsive user interfaces for AI-driven applications. This role involves partnering with AI Research and Backend Engineers to deliver high-performance web apps optimized for speed and cross-device compatibility. The position emphasizes frontend architecture using React JS, state management, and integration with modern APIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement intuitive, scalable UIs using React JS, Redux Toolkit, and custom hooks for AI applications, ensuring responsive design with Tailwind CSS or Material UI.
- Optimize frontend performance through techniques like code-splitting (React.lazy), useMemo/useCallback, debouncing, and infinite scrolling with Intersection Observer API.
- Integrate RESTful APIs, WebSocket for real-time updates, JWT authentication, and data visualization tools like Chart.js or D3.js while maintaining security via RBAC and input validation.
- Conduct code reviews, testing with Jest or React Testing Library, debugging, and collaboration in Agile environments using Git for version control.
Qualifications
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience as a Frontend or Full Stack Developer, with strong proficiency in React JS (hooks, components, TypeScript), HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+.
- Demonstrated expertise in state management (Redux Toolkit/Context API), responsive design principles, and performance optimization for large datasets (e.g., 10,000+ records).
- Experience integrating backend services (Node.js/Express, MongoDB/NoSQL), build tools (Webpack, Vite), and modern auth flows; familiarity with cloud services like AWS Amplify.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver in fast-paced settings with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in e-commerce, CRM dashboards, or real-time apps (e.g., WebSocket, Elasticsearch for search).
- Knowledge of UI/UX tools (Figma), testing frameworks (Cypress), and progressive web apps.
- Contributions to open-source or projects showcasing fantasy gaming, food delivery clones, or enterprise dashboards.
