✦ Position Summary: Sr. React JS Developer ✦ Location: Sec-64, Noida ✦ Position Summary: As a Frontend Developer, you will work on modern software solutions aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction, while contributing to the design, development, and optimization of frontend architecture and user interfaces. You’ll work closely with agile SCRUM teams, product managers, UX designers, and global stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-performance applications. ✦ Duties and Responsibilities: Participate in the design, development, customization , and maintenance of software applications. Collaborate with backend, mobile, design, and product teams to rapidly develop and ship features in 2-3 week sprints . Design and develop secure , high-performance , and scalable frontend applications . Translate business and technical requirements into well-structured, reusable , and testable components . Implement features in React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript using modern frontend engineering practices. Design highly responsive user interfaces with attention to detail and performance. Optimize performance and improve rendering efficiency across multiple devices and browsers. Work with RESTful APIs , HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create seamless experiences. Write clean, well-documented code and participate in code reviews and refactoring . Integrate frontend with backend APIs, cloud services, and external tools. Work closely with the Engineering Manager on all aspects of the product lifecycle. Demonstrate the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple projects. ✦ Required Skills and Qualifications: 6–10 years of experience in frontend development. Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript , and modern JavaScript concepts like closures, callbacks, and IIFE. Deep understanding of React.js and its core principles. Experience with Next.js for server-side rendering and optimized frontend performance. Proficient in frontend technologies: HTML5 , CSS3 , SASS , Bootstrap , and Tailwind CSS (if applicable). Strong experience with React state management libraries like Redux or Context API . Experience building reusable components and frontend libraries . Ability to work with RESTful APIs , authentication, and secure frontend development using JWT (JSON Web Tokens) . Knowledge of frontend build tools and bundlers like Webpack, Babel, and NPM. Familiarity with Git , Azure Repos, or other code versioning tools. Experience with testing tools such as Jest, Enzyme, Zest, React Testing Library. Good experience in code optimization , debugging , and refactoring for performance. Working experience with CI/CD pipelines , Agile methodologies (Scrum), and DevOps culture. Proficiency with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and deploying frontend apps to cloud infrastructure. ✦ Micro frontend Architecture Practical experience implementing Micro frontend architecture in large-scale applications. Ability to split monolithic applications into modular, independently deployable micro-apps. Hands-on experience with module federation (Webpack 5) , Single-SPA , Nx , or similar tools. Knowledge of container applications , cross-team collaboration, and integration strategies. Experience enabling independent release cycles , ownership per module, and fault isolation. Comfortable working in an enterprise environment with cross-functional teams maintaining different parts of a unified application. ✦ React Performance Optimization Deep expertise in identifying and fixing performance bottlenecks in React applications. Experience with tools like React DevTools , Chrome Performance Profiler , and Lighthouse . Knowledge of virtual DOM diffing , reconciliation, and render optimization strategies. Implementation of memoization techniques (React.memo, useMemo, useCallback) for avoiding unnecessary renders. Hands-on experience in code splitting , lazy loading (React.lazy, Suspense), and tree shaking to reduce bundle size. Optimizing Core Web Vitals such as FCP, TTI, and LCP for better user experience. Familiarity with virtualized lists (react-window, react-virtualized) for large data rendering. Experience in resource loading optimization (image compression, asset prefetching, browser caching, service workers). ✦ Nice to Have Skills and Qualifications: Prior experience working in start-up culture or fast-growing tech companies . Experience in Agile Safe frameworks , including PI Planning . Exposure to Ed-Tech or E-Learning platforms and digital education products. Any Frontend Developer Certification (e.g., React, JavaScript, Azure frontend tools). ✦ Professional and Behavioural Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence decisions across teams. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to tasks.
