Job Summary

The RPA Developer role focuses on leveraging Power Automate RPA and Python to enhance business processes and drive efficiency. With a hybrid work model and day shifts the candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. The role requires 8 to 10 years of experience ensuring the development of high-quality scalable applications that align with company goals.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement automated workflows using Power Automate RPA to streamline business operations and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
Utilize Python to build test and deploy scalable applications that enhance data processing and analysis capabilities.
Ensure the integration of automated solutions with existing systems to maintain seamless operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation and application development.
Maintain documentation of processes workflows and code to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers to foster a collaborative learning environment.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of automated solutions to identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate best practices into development processes.
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and quality assurance protocols.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development methodologies and tools.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all development activities.

Qualifications

Demonstrate proficiency in Power Automate RPA and Python with a strong portfolio of previous projects.
Possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a hybrid work model.
Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Have a solid understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
Show experience in integrating automated solutions with various enterprise systems.
Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
