Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an international telecom voice process supporting US and UK customers. The role includes customer service and sales activities, with strict adherence to quality, compliance, and security standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound international voice calls
• Resolve telecom service, billing, and account-related queries
• Perform upselling and cross-selling of telecom products
• Meet assigned sales, quality, and productivity targets
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
• Comply with process guidelines, data privacy, and information security policies

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: HSC (12th Pass) mandatory
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of BPO voice process experience
• Documentation: Relieving letters from last 2 employers mandatory

Additional Compliance Requirement

• Employment is subject to background verification, including UAN and employment checks

Skills Required

• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong customer handling and sales orientation
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willingness to work rotational shifts
