Job Description

As a US Banking Customer Service Representative for a voice process role, your main responsibility is to handle inbound customer calls related to banking and services. This includes addressing account inquiries, processing transactions, and resolving any customer problems that may arise. Your focus should always be on providing excellent customer service, utilizing effective communication skills, and being adaptable to working in US rotational shifts. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound calls related to international banking and credit card services, assisting customers with account-related queries, transactions, and troubleshooting. - Provide clear, accurate, and professional assistance to customers to ensure their satisfaction. - Effectively resolve customer complaints by following banking procedures and guidelines. - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary. - Meet individual and team performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Required: - HSC (Minimum 12 Months of International BPO experience mandatory) - Prior experience in banking, finance, or related customer service roles preferred. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Comfortable working in US rotational shifts with no career gaps and continuous work history. - Must be willing to travel to the office and possess all required documents (ID proof, educational certificates, and Employment documents). - Background verification through UAN Service history will be checked.
