Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and assist US/UK-based customers.
• Resolve queries with professionalism and clarity.
• Meet daily/weekly KPIs (TAT, CSAT, Resolution Rate).
• Confidence in handling sales objections and closing deals.
• Comfortable with target-based roles and night shifts.

Who Can Apply?

• Minimum 0-5 year's experience in an International BPO (Voice Process)
• HSC or Graduate Fresher's also can Apply
• Strong English communication skills (mandatory)
• Comfortable working night shifts & rotational shifts
• No job gaps, no absconding history
• Must have all documents ready (KYC ID's, Education Marksheets & Work Experience Proofs)

Shift & Schedule:

• 8 hour shift + 1-hour break
• 5 working days with 2 rotational weekly offs
• Night shift (US & UK )
