About the role:

Senior Copywriter


Key Responsibilities:

Creative & Strategy writing:

  • Develop compelling copy for digital, print, and video campaigns.
  • Craft impactful brand stories, positioning statements, taglines, scripts, and campaign ideas.
  • Write clear, engaging, and persuasive content aligned with brand tone and strategy.


Pitch deck & Presentation development:

  • Ideate and craft strong narratives for

    pitch decks

    , new business presentations, and brand strategy decks.
  • Collaborate with the strategy and business development teams to create high-quality client presentations.
  • Convert complex information into clear, concise, and visually engaging content.


Campaign conceptualization:

  • Partner with art directors, designers, strategists, and account managers to conceptualize integrated campaigns.
  • Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming and client meetings.


Client Interaction & Collaboration:

  • Present ideas and concepts to clients confidently.
  • Understand client briefs, industry nuances, and business objectives to deliver relevant solutions.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure creative consistency and timely delivery.


Quality Control:

  • Ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and quality of all written material.
  • Providing constructive feedback and creative direction.


Required skills & qualifications:

  • 6–8 years of professional copywriting experience

    in a

    creative or advertising agency

    is mandatory.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing multi-platform work and storytelling abilities.
  • Proven experience in

    creating pitch decks, strategic presentations, and new business collaterals

    .
  • Excellent command over English with exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to think both creatively and strategically.
  • Proficiency in understanding marketing fundamentals, consumer insights, and brand positioning.
  • Team player with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.


Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working on brands across different industries (FMCG, real estate, tech, healthcare, etc.).
  • Familiarity with tools like PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, and basic understanding of design/layout principles.
  • Ability to take ownership of projects from ideation to execution.
