Senior Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Execution & Supervision

• Oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
• Supervise Mivan shuttering, RCC, blockwork, plastering, tiling, and finishing works.
• Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery.
• Prepare bar bending schedules and verify reinforcement work at site.

2. Quality & Safety Compliance

• Implement and monitor strict quality control measures across all stages of construction.
• Conduct inspections, identify non-conformities, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and site safety audits.

3. Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor project timelines and assist in preparing micro-level schedules.
• Maintain accurate site documentation — progress reports, work completion checklists, and material reconciliation statements.
• Report project progress and site challenges to the Project Head on a regular basis.

4. Resource Management

• Plan and forecast material requirements in line with construction schedules.
• Verify contractor bills and ensure work measurements are properly recorded.
• Supervise and guide junior engineers and site supervisors to maintain workflow efficiency.

Key Skills:

• Strong technical knowledge of

  Mivan formwork, RCC, finishing & detailing

  .
• Ability to read, interpret, and execute from structural and architectural drawings.
• Leadership qualities with proven ability to manage large site teams.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and construction reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Sound understanding of construction codes, quality standards, and safety practices.
