Role Overview :


Sr Business Sales Manager


Key Responsibilities :


🔹 Revenue Generation

  • Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities across sectors (FMCG, BFSI, retail, tech, lifestyle, etc.)
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Build and maintain a strong personal pipeline and client portfolio.
  • Present customized solutions across consumer promotions, digital rewards, and immersive tech.

🔹 Team Mentoring & Leadership

  • Mentor and manage business development teams across both Impresario & MakeAR.
  • Guide team members on sales strategies, client handling, and solution selling.
  • Conduct regular reviews, track KPIs, and ensure team targets are met or exceeded.
  • Support team in key client meetings and proposal development.

🔹 Client Management & Solutioning

  • Understand client marketing objectives and propose tailor-made, ROI-driven engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal creative, tech, and project teams to build compelling solutions.
  • Stay ahead of trends in consumer engagement, AR/VR innovations, loyalty, and rewards programs.

🔹 Collaboration & Reporting

  • Provide regular business reporting and pipeline forecasting to leadership.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure alignment.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across both brands.


Candidate Profile

✅ Must-Haves

  • 6–10 years of experience in B2B sales roles.
  • Strong domain understanding of

    consumer promotions

    ,

    immersive technologies (AR/VR)

    , or

    digital rewards

    platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience in both

    individual sales contribution

    and

    leading/mentoring teams

    .
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Strong client network or past exposure to brand managers, marketing heads, and digital agencies.
