Sr. Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive at Hudle, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team with B2B partner acquisition, lead generation, and prospect management. Your primary responsibility will be to onboard sports facilities onto the Hudle platform within the assigned region. You will be engaging with various sports facilities, including those privately owned, managed, or located inside educational institutes or members-only clubs. Your day-to-day tasks will involve cold calling potential partners, researching leads, building business relationships, giving Hudle app demos, creating informative presentations, and maintaining a database of prospective partner information. Additionally, you will be responsible for regularly updating the Sales CRM (Freshsales) and ensuring the smooth onboarding of sports facilities on Hudle. The ideal candidate for this role should possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English, local language, and Hindi. You should be open to 50% remote work and 50% travel within Pune. A graduation degree in any specialization is required, along with the ability to handle rejection positively and continue engaging with potential clients. Moreover, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, self-motivation, willingness to learn, and an interest in sports and fitness are highly desirable qualities.
