Sr. Business Development Executive

As a Sr. Business Development Executive at Oceano Apex Pvt. Ltd., a prominent wealth management company in Gurgaon, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence, engaging with our audience, and driving brand growth through strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will include identifying and prospecting HNI clients, corporates, or institutional investors within the finance, fintech, and wealth management industries. You should have a proven track record of face-to-face interactions with investors and the ability to manage end-to-end client relationships effectively. You will be tasked with scheduling and coordinating meetings, pitches, and networking events to expand our client base. Additionally, preparing marketing collaterals such as decks, case studies, and proposals will be part of your role. Keeping abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor strategies will be essential to your success in this position. Your strong communication skills will be instrumental in handling initial client queries and providing pre-meeting briefs to our strategists. Attention to detail, an analytical mindset, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint will be crucial technical skills required for this role. With at least 13 years of experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or business development, you should bring valuable insights and expertise to the table. Exposure to client-facing roles or investment research will be advantageous. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund. You will be expected to work day shifts from Monday to Friday, with the possibility of performance bonuses and yearly bonuses based on your contributions to the company.
