Sr. Business Development Executive

As a Senior Business Development Executive at Novex, you will play a crucial role in the licensing of public performance rights in sound recordings. Novex, a well-renowned name in Media solutions since 2002, focuses on the exploitation of sound recordings for public performance in various commercial venues. Your responsibilities will include covering events related to Novex label songs, educating commercial establishments on the importance of procuring public performance licenses, and identifying new opportunities for revenue growth. You will be tasked with monitoring and supervising the daily collection of Royalty (License) fees from a wide range of establishments such as hotels, restaurants, departmental stores, pubs, discos, event venues, and banquet events. Additionally, you will lead market proliferation efforts by taking frequent trips to different potential areas within the region to enhance the organization's visibility. The ideal candidate should have experience in conducting daily field visits, attending meetings, sending emails to clients, and sourcing events from social media platforms. Possession of a two-wheeler with a valid license is mandatory for this role. In return, Novex offers a competitive salary along with travel allowance.
