Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java Fullstack and Middleware Development. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects driving business solutions and enhancing operational efficiency. The position requires no travel and operates during day shifts providing a balanced work-life environment.

Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications to ensure alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective business solutions using Java Fullstack and Middleware technologies.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes and system requirements to facilitate seamless communication.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members ensuring the successful execution of projects.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of systems to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet business needs.
Oversee the integration of new systems and technologies into existing business processes to enhance efficiency.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders ensuring transparency and accountability.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend innovative solutions to enhance business performance.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all technical implementations.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and refine business requirements.
Utilize analytical skills to identify trends and patterns providing insights to drive strategic decision-making.
Support the development of training materials and conduct training sessions to ensure successful adoption of new systems.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in Java Fullstack development with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Demonstrate expertise in Middleware Development with the ability to design and implement robust solutions.
Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills capable of working effectively with diverse teams.
Show proficiency in project management methodologies ensuring timely and efficient project execution.
Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends.
Hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
