Sr. Business Analyst

As a Sr. Business Analyst at Revinfotech, you will play a crucial role in both pre-sales and post-sales activities. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding and gathering custom requirements, involving senior team members when necessary. - Identifying client organization strengths and weaknesses and recommending areas for improvement. - Assisting the sales team with client demonstrations of services and product portfolios. - Delivering product demos to the team, prospects, and clients. - Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction before and after project delivery. - Participating in discussions between the post-sales department and clients. - Handling pre-sales documentation such as RIF, RFP, Proposal, Project Charter, and BRD. - Managing post-sales documentation including SRS, FRD, Wireframing, Feature Listings, BRD, WBS, Proposals, and Estimation Sheet. - Providing feedback to improve products and collaborating with the product development and marketing teams. - Identifying process gaps and suggesting improvements to enhance lead conversion. - Applying job knowledge effectively, demonstrating reliability, and ensuring work accuracy. - Maintaining leads status, notes, progress updates, etc. in the CRM system according to guidelines. - Simplifying client requirements and supporting the sales team with presales documentation. - Reviewing and analyzing customer business requirements, preparing technical documents, and assisting in market outreach. - Writing reports, documentation, and status reports for projects. - Leveraging best practices to offer insights into client business and industry verticals. - Attending meetings with potential clients to gather technical and business requirements before proposing solutions. - Engaging in multiple initiatives simultaneously. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in any stream, preferably in science or engineering. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for facilitating process change. - 3+ years of experience as a business analyst in the IT industry or similar positions. - Experience in a database environment for developing queries and reports is desirable. - Hands-on experience in flow diagrams, wireframing, and team management. - Strong reasoning and analytical skills. - Team player with good data analysis and communication abilities. - Adaptability to work in different shifts, teams, and roles. - Disciplined and systematic approach to daily work.
