About the Role -

We are looking for a dynamic brand management professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in brand management, with hands-on exposure to product packaging design and marketing. This role will support brand strategy, lead packaging development, manage go-to-market execution, and drive brand visibility across channels.

Key Responsibilities -

• Assist in developing and executing brand plans, new product launches, and marketing campaigns.
• Lead coordination for packaging design with internal teams and external agencies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams for product development and positioning.
• Execute 360° marketing campaigns across digital, retail, influencer, and PR channels.
• Track market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to support brand strategy.
• Monitor brand performance and campaign metrics and create regular performance reports.

Requirements -

• 2+ years of experience in brand management.
• Must have prior work experience with beauty & personal care brands.
• Must have handled product packaging design projects.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; basic understanding of creative/design tools is a plus.
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for aesthetics and detail.
