Constantly track viral trends, memes, formats, and audio especially across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and X (Twitter).

Pitch and produce quick-turnaround content ideas that tie trending formats to our brand, games, and community.

Work closely with designers and editors to bring those ideas to life with speed and style.
2. Content Management

Help manage daily posting across all key platforms Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Telegram, etc.

Write catchy, clever, and brand-aligned captions, hashtags, and CTAs.

Maintain a consistent and playful brand tone while experimenting with new formats and angles.
3. Community Engagement

Interact with followers in real time responding to comments, joining conversations, and boosting UGC.

Help run contests, polls, and campaigns that encourage shares and participation.
4. Performance Monitoring

Track how trend-based content is performing (reach, engagement, shares, etc. ).

Share weekly insights and help refine the content strategy with learnings.

Keep an eye on what competitors and creators in the gaming/RMG space are doing and do it better.
Qualifications & Skills Required

1-3 years of experience in social media, content, or digital marketing
-
Obsessed with social media and pop culture. You know what s trending before it hits the mainstream.

Hands-on with Reels, YouTube Shorts, and meme culture.
-
Great copywriting chops with the ability to write fun, witty, and on-brand content.

Bonus if you have basic skills in Canva, CapCut, or other quick-edit tools.

Passion for gaming, cards, or digital-first brands is a huge plus!
