Motion Graphic Designer

JOB BRIEF:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer who can bring stories to life through engaging visuals, animations, and video content. The ideal candidate will conceptualise, design, and animate motion graphics for digital campaigns, explainer videos, social media, and educational content, helping our brand connect meaningfully with educators, schools, and learners.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and design motion graphics, explainer videos, and animated elements for social media, digital ads, and presentations.

• Create engaging visual stories and educational animations aligned with the brands tone and audience.

• Create social media and branding content festival greetings, campaigns, and awareness visuals celebrating teachers and education.

• Collaborate with the content, social media, and academic teams to visualise concepts and translate ideas into motion.

• Edit and enhance video content add titles, transitions, graphics, and music.

• Design branding and communication collaterals, including intros/outros, animated logos, and digital campaign assets.

• Maintain consistency in brand identity, style, and storytelling across all materials.

• Stay updated, research and integrate current design trends, animation styles, and tools to keep the content fresh and impactful in education design.

Skills / Educational Requirements:

• Relevant educational qualification in Design, Fine Arts, Animation, Media Production, or related field.

• 25 years of experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or Video Editor.

• Strong command over tools like:

• Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop

• (Bonus) Familiarity with Blender, Cinema 4D, or Canva Motion tools.

• Good sense of timing, visual storytelling, and composition.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

• A strong portfolio/reel showcasing creativity, style versatility, and motion design skills.
