Senior Staff Engineer As our Sr. Staff Engineer Java you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of complex, scalable, and high- performance Java applications. You will play a key role in shaping the architecture of our software solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements and industry best practices. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Java development, hands-on experience with various Java frameworks, and a proven track record of designing and delivering robust, scalable software solutions. Job Location Bangalore & Gurgaon Required Skills: Strong programming skills in Core Java with a deep understanding of multi-threading , concurrency , and non-blocking IO Experience designing and building event-driven , high-throughput systems Expertise in building asynchronous architectures using tools like Netty, Akka, or similar Proficient in JVM internals , profiling tools, memory management, and performance tuning Hands-on experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture Good understanding of system design principles and scalable architecture Experience with WebSocket communication and real-time systems Exposure to cloud environments (AWS preferred), monitoring tools, and CI/CD pipelines Qualifications & skills required: Bachelor or Master s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 9-14 years of experience in developing software using Java is needed. Proven experience as a Java Developer with a solid understanding of Java technologies. Previous experience in an architect or lead developer role. Past experience in the OSGi framework is an added advantage Strong knowledge of Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and others. Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (e. g. , Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with cloud platforms (e. g. , AWS, Azure, GCP). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
