Job Summary:

Senior Bench Sales Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively market

    IT consultants

    (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, EAD, etc.) to

    implementation partners, system integrators, and direct clients

    .
  • Generate leads and build a strong network of

    tier-1 vendors, MSPs, and client contacts

    .
  • Submit consultants to job openings, follow up on submissions, schedule interviews, and negotiate offers.
  • Ensure regular follow-ups with existing clients and vendors to maintain ongoing business relationships.
  • Collaborate with consultants to understand their technical skills and job preferences.
  • Train and mentor junior bench sales team members if required.
  • Customize resumes to better align with job requirements before submissions.
  • Maintain internal database and submission logs with accuracy and clarity.
  • Maintain high submission-to-interview and interview-to-placement ratios.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 - 6 years

    of proven experience in

    bench sales

    and U.S. IT staffing.
  • Extensive experience working with

    H1B, CPT, OPT, GC, and USC consultants

    .
  • Strong relationships with

    prime vendors, clients, and implementation partners

    .
  • Expertise in using job boards like

    Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed

    , etc.
  • Proficient with U.S.

    tax terms

    (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa classifications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Results-driven with excellent

    negotiation and closing skills

    .

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using

    ATS/CRM tools

    to manage leads and submissions.
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience mentoring junior sales/recruiting staff is a plus.
