Open Roles & Responsibilities

Senior Bench Sales Recruiter

• Proactively market IT consultants (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, EAD) to implementation partners, system integrators, and direct clients.
• Build strong vendor/client networks and generate leads with Tier-1 vendors and MSPs.
• Manage end-to-end bench sales process: submissions, interviews, negotiations, and placements.
• Customize resumes to align with client requirements and ensure timely submissions.
• Maintain high submission-to-interview and placement ratios.
• Mentor junior sales recruiters when needed.

HR Executive / Sr. HR Executive (US Staffing)

• Manage employee life cycle: onboarding, documentation, compliance, and exit formalities.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, payroll support, and HRMS systems.
• Handle performance management, employee engagement, and CSR initiatives.
• Partner with department heads for resource planning and recruitment support.
• Conduct background verification and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Drive employee retention, training, and team engagement activities.
• Desired Candidate Profile
• Experience: 3–6 years in either Bench Sales (US Staffing) OR HR Operations (US Staffing).
• Strong knowledge of U.S. IT Staffing, compliance, HR processes, and visa classifications.
• Proficiency with job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed) & ATS/HRMS systems.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, night-shift environment.
