Job Description

We are looking for skilled Sr. BarTenders with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our team at SHREE VENKATESHWARA AMUSEMENTS, located in the Hotels & Restaurants industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain high-quality bar services, including preparing and serving cocktails.
Develop and implement new drink menus and recipes to enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
Participate in inventory management, ordering supplies and managing stock levels.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Bartender or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure, maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
