Job Description

As a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist at Roc360, you will be responsible for supporting various US HR functions, along with the Chief People Officer (CPO). Your role will involve ensuring compliance with policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment. You will play a proactive role in managing employee relations, recruitment, and performance management for the US Geo. - Employee Life Cycle Management US: Manage end-to-end HR processes supporting CPO, including recruitment support, onboarding, performance evaluations, and offboarding, ensuring a seamless employee experience. - Statutory Compliance and Employee Compensation: Ensure compliance with US employment laws and regulations; develop and manage compensation strategies that foster talent retention and competitive salary structures. (Will be guided by CPO) Need support on the above. - Confidentiality and Ethics: Uphold strict confidentiality and ethical standards in handling sensitive employee information. - HR Program Development and Policy Compliance: Support in developing and maintaining HR programs and policies, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations; provide support and interpretation of US HR policies to both employees and management. - Data Management and Reporting: Analyze HR data and generate reports that inform strategic decisions for workforce planning and management. - Policy Support and Interpretation: Offer guidance on HR policies, ensuring understanding and compliance at all organizational levels. - Liaison and Communication: Serve as a communication bridge between employees and management, resolving workplace issues and fostering positive employee relations. - Collaboration and Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with US managers and teams to effectively implement HR initiatives. Qualification Required: - Proven experience in managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. Knowing US process is an added advantage. - Knowledge of statutory compliance, employment laws, and compensation management strategies. - Expertise in developing and administering training programs and managing employee benefits. - High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality in managing sensitive employee information. - Experience in developing HR policies and programs, with a strong focus on legal compliance and policy interpretation. - Strong analytical skills to compile, analyze, and interpret HR data. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English, with a proven ability to liaise between employees and management. - Ability to build strong working relationships with managers and teams, fostering collaboration. - Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to coordinate tasks and manage US teams. - Demonstrated ability to lead change management initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and adaptability. - Minimum of 6 to 10 years of experience in HR management, with a background in HR generalist roles. US stakeholder management is an added advantage. - Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
