Zeta is hiring a Senior Associate B2B Digital Marketing
Responsibilities
    • Design and run full-funnel performance campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, LinkedIn, and LinkedIn Communities.
    • Develop data-driven strategies that attract, engage, and convert decision-makers in the B2B space.
    • Manage audience segmentation, creative testing, and tracking to ensure every campaign delivers measurable outcomes.
    • Partner with content, design, and product marketing teams to build high-performing ads, landing pages, and lead magnets for each funnel stage.
    • Monitor campaign performance daily, analyse key metrics (CTR, CPL, ROAS, conversions), and optimise for continuous improvement.
    • Use Google Tag Manager, GA4, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to implement tracking and attribution that show real business impact.
    • Build remarketing and lookalike campaigns to re-engage high-intent audiences.
    • Manage campaign budgets efficiently, balancing scale with ROI.
    • Work with marketing automation and CRM systems like HubSpot to connect paid campaigns with lead scoring and nurturing workflows.
    • Experiment with new formats, targeting approaches, and bidding strategies to improve campaign efficiency.
    • Present performance reviews with clear insights, learnings, and next steps.
Skills
    • Proven experience in B2B performance marketing across Google Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
    • Strong analytical ability and comfort with data-led optimisation.
    • Deep understanding of B2B funnels, demand generation, and lead qualification.
    • Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Insights.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, web, and content teams.
    • Clear, confident communication with the ability to tell stories through data.
    • Curious, creative, and performance-focused mindset.
Experience and Qualifications
    • 3 5 years of experience in B2B performance marketing, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or technology sectors.
    • Strong grasp of paid media attribution and end-to-end lead tracking.
    • Expertise in the Google marketing ecosystem and LinkedIn Ads.
    • Experience managing campaign budgets and presenting ROI-driven insights to leadership.

    • This role is for someone who blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution someone who thrives on designing campaigns that turn attention into qualified pipeline.
