Business
- Collaborate with business stakeholders on new requirements. Provides technical guidance to junior developers. Analysis of user stories and assessment of changes required in the system. Participate in Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Retrospective) Story points estimation and sub-task estimation. Design program specifications aligning to coding best practices for efficient system performance Perform program coding and testing JIRA ADO / Confluence updates User Acceptance Testing support that includes test environment set-up/configuration, batch execution and responding to business queries and clarifications. Supports project deployment activities and post implementation monitoring. Supports production issue investigation and resolution whenever need arises. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in Agile project delivery and DEVOPS tools. Ability to prioritise and work on multiple tasks/ projects. Possess self-initiative and work with minimal supervision

Key Responsibilities
- Good technical knowledge in Mainframe development and domain knowledge in Credit card detailed below. Around 5 years of experience in Mainframe applications development and/or support. At least 1-2 years’ experience interacting with internal and external stakeholders via verbal and written communication. Excellent prioritization, organizational and time management skills. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and analytical in problem resolution. Team player, fast learner, self-initiative and reliable. The position will require the candidate to interact with various stakeholders for project delivery.
