The Gallagher Center of Excellence is on the lookout for dynamic Claims Reporting Senior Analysts to join our esteemed Claims team. As the pivotal Sr Analyst - Claims Operations, you will be entrusted with the mission of delivering unparalleled customer service, proficient claims assistance, and thorough compliance and documentation. This position combines responsibilities for Claims Reporting and Claims Acknowledgment, requiring exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach to customer service while setting up claims and connecting with carriers to get the information. Your role is crucial in ensuring the seamless transition and delivery of various shared services functions to our internal stakeholders, all while championing a culture of excellence.
How You'll Make An Impact
Responsibilities :
Claims Reporting
- Evaluate claims to ensure sufficient information is available for loss reporting.
- Submit claims to carriers and confirm receipt along with adjuster assignment.
- Manage claims intake queues, including new claims and exceptions.
- Ensure compliance with offshore reporting criteria for claims processing.
- Cross-verify reported claims and maintain accurate documentation.
Claims Acknowledgment
- Send acknowledgment emails for claims information received via calls with insurance carriers.
- Follow special handling instructions for specific claims categories
- Maintain accurate records in systems such as Epic, Outlook, and DMS.

About You
Qualifications
- Minimum Required Degree: Graduate
- Preferred Degree: Any bachelor’s degree
- Certificate(s)/Special Training: Customer Service - Need to have/ Insurance Domain knowledge - Good to have
- Experience (Career Level Guide)
- Candidate must have minimum 1 year of experience on paper as a Senior Analyst or equivalent and overall 3 years of experience in working in US Insurance claims domain
- Experience in working in claims related processes in lines of business like Property, General Liability and Auto claims.
- Experience with mailbox management/triaging claims
- Should have experience in handling Outbound calls to get claim related information from different internal and external parties including Insurance carriers, clients, brokers
