All Purchase, Sales, Contract, Income, Bills and Expense Tally Entry and timely payments to the
debtors.
All the required calculations for compliances and timely payment and filling of the same such as PF,
PT, Salary, TDS, GST etc.
Ensuring Timely payments of all the recurring payments such as credit cards, utility bills, rent, etc.
GSTR 1 & GSTR 3B (Entry and online Payment).
Timely Payment and filling of GST & TDS.
GSTR-2 checking for input credit.
Reconciliation of GST, TDS and Bank.
Submit checklist for monthly financial Reporting.
Timely internal audit and data needs to submit to CA.
In process of company’s timely audit.
Correspondence with the external parties such as bank, consultants, auditors etc.
BG/DD/FDR/LC work.
OD Account related compliances and follow up also renewal process with our consultant.
ROC Compliance – follow up with CS Vishal Mehta.
Monthly Financial report to be done of director [P & L and Balance sheet].
Monthly Stock Statement to be submitted to Bank.
Preparation of Monthly & Quarterly Balance sheet and P & L Statement and submit.
Preparing various reports of accounts and finance and submit to reporting head timely.
Ensuring cost center wise entries, stocks updated in accounting software. Act as a cost controller and
ensure all the compliances are met.
Any other task assigned by the management from time to time
