You are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join the finance team at the organization. As a Finance Executive, you will be responsible for managing financial activities, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and contributing to the financial success of the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and records. - Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to management. - Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts. - Monitor budget performance and provide recommendations for adjustments. - Manage collections and vendor relationships. - Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards. - Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits. - Implement and maintain internal controls. - Manage cash flow to ensure the organization's financial stability. - Monitor and project cash flow needs. - Assist in tax planning and compliance. - Prepare and file tax returns and related documents. - Participate in special financial projects and initiatives as required. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A CPA or CMA designation is a plus. - Proven experience in financial management or related roles with a minimum of 3 years of experience. - Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles. - Proficiency in financial software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
