Sr. Accounts Executive

Job Title: SR.ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Location: Madurai
Reports to: Accounts Manager / Finance Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven SR ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE to manage daily accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, processing transactions, and assisting in the preparation of budgets and audits. You will play a key role in ensuring the company’s financial operations run smoothly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
• Handle day-to-day accounting entries in accounting software (Tally,etc.).
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
• Support GST, TDS, and other tax filings and compliance.
• Prepare financial reports as required by management.
• Assist in audits by providing necessary documents and information.
• Maintain petty cash records and employee reimbursement processes.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for billing and payment-related queries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
• 2–5years of experience in accounting or finance role.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP).
• Good understanding of accounting principles and standards.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
