Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

* Manage month-end closing and group reporting in AARO, including preparation of journals and review of AR/AP, staff claims, fixed assets, and general ledger accounts.

* Perform and take ownership of balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial data.

* Provide support during the year-end audit, preparing and coordinating required documentation.

* Execute monthly revenue recognition and COGS reporting, ensuring proper accounting treatment and alignment with internal policies.

* Review and monitor intercompany transactions and recharges, ensuring accuracy and compliance with group requirements.

* Contribute to ad-hoc projects and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and automation within finance operations.

Skills Required

* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial reporting.

* Ability to work independently, organize multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

* High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and reconciliations.

* Experience leveraging technology and automation tools to streamline accounting and reporting processes.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

* Prior experience using Great Plains is a strong advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's or master's degree in commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

* Prior experience in process transition or stabilization in a captive environment.

* Exposure to automation tools or financial data validation processes.
