Job Description

 

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
 
 
 
Manage month-end closing and group reporting in AARO, including preparation of journals and review of AR/AP, staff claims, fixed assets, and general ledger accounts.
 
 
 
Perform and take ownership of balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial data.
 
 
Provide support during the year-end audit, preparing and coordinating required documentation.
 
 
 
Execute monthly revenue recognition and COGS reporting, ensuring proper accounting treatment and alignment with internal policies.
 
 
 
Review and monitor intercompany transactions and recharges, ensuring accuracy and compliance with group requirements.
 
 
 
Contribute to ad-hoc projects and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and automation within finance operations.
 
 

Skills Required

:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial reporting.
 
 
 
Ability to work independently, organize multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
 
 
High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and reconciliations.
 
 
 
Experience leveraging technology and automation tools to streamline accounting and reporting processes.
 
 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
 
 
Prior experience using Great Plains is a strong advantage.
 
 
 

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor s or master s degree in commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
Prior experience in process transition or stabilization in a captive environment.
Exposure to automation tools or financial data validation processes.
