Roles & Responsibility -

 Responsible for up-to-date site accounts activities.

 Preparation of Annual Budget. Reviewing, analysing and highlighting actual or anticipated variances from Budget.

 Preparation of Monthly Cash Flow Statement, with reasons, Monthly Project Profitability Statement and its analysis.

 Prepare monthly TDS/GST reports, prepare & submit quarterly TDS Return.

 Ensuring compliance with all applicable statutes including statutory payments (both direct and Indirect tax, PF, PT, ESI, etc.). Monitor the tracker for various statutory compliances.

 Control of procedural lapses and irregularities in operational system as per company SOP.

 Timely submission of various reports within the time fame

 Assisting project head in monitoring the working capital, fund allocation and site profitability activities.

 Reconciliation of Creditors A/c, Inter Company A/c, Bank Statements & Loan Statements.

 Vendor management, MIS reporting. Cash Management and Ageing Calculation.

 Preparation of Monthly Books and Annual Financial Statements (IND AS along with disclosures, End to End Accounting)  Payroll Processing to On Roll Staff and Off Role Salary  Handling Audit of Internal Audit (Big 4), Statutory Audit (Big 4), Surprise Audit, ISO Audit, tax Audit, ABC Audit, Risk Audit, Technical Audits, etc.

 Should constantly look for opportunities to reduce cost and time in operations.

 Regular interaction with Head Office for smooth functioning of site accounts department.

 Proper maintenance of all accounting records, vouchers and documentation work etc.

 FD & MF Placement and Working Month Wise.

 Training of subordinates, Regular scrutiny of books of accounts and accounting function.  Effectively manage compliances of contract conditions regarding insurance, bank guarantees, retention deposits etc.

 Facilitating smooth work culture & enforcing financial discipline

 Any other need based work Experience

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,300,000.00 per year
