Specialist QA Engineer

Role Overview

QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like
Pytest, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Locust
, or similar.
Collaborate closely with developers, QA analysts, and product managers to define test strategies and ensure robust test coverage.
Develop test plans, cases, and data for
functional and non-functional
testing scenarios.
Run automated tests, analyze results, and identify bugs, regressions, and performance issues.
Maintain and improve automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines (
GitHub Actions, Jenkins
).
Document and report test procedures, outcomes, and defect reports accurately.
Participate in Agile development processes, including
daily stand-ups, sprint planning
, and QA discussions.
Support investigation and troubleshooting of issues in
production and staging environments
.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum
3 years of hands-on experience
in both automation and manual testing.
Strong understanding of
testing methodologies
: Functional, Automation, UI, and API Testing.
Proficient in at least
Python and JavaScript
, with
Java 8+
experience a plus.
Experience with testing frameworks and tools:
Python
: Pytest, Locust, Cucumber, TestNG
JavaScript
: Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Rest Assure
