Prepare site-wise rapid response plans (RRP), with SOPs for evacuation, negotiation, crowd dispersal, and legal action support. Maintain an onsite “Crisis Kit” including communications equipment, ID backups, medical first-aid, and evidence recording tools. Staff & Team Safety Coordination: Ensure the safe entry and exit of all NMDPL staff, survey teams, and external vendors from potentially violent zones. Provide briefings to site teams before deployment, including dos/don’ts, emergency contacts, and codeword systems. Maintain a daily tracker of teams deployed and alert levels per zone. Community & Crowd Engagement (Tactical): Engage with local influencers, women’s groups, and informal leaders to manage crowd sentiment. Diffuse misinformation by circulating facts on redevelopment plans, compensation, and eligibility criteria. Coordinate peace talks if public perception turns hostile.
