Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 6-8 years of experience to join our team as an Assistant Vice President People Business Consulting in Bangalore and Hyderabad.

Roles and Responsibility

Drive the effective execution and delivery of HR multi-disciplinary projects/programs supporting different functions/businesses.
Provide actionable insights for formulating and delivering people outcomes based on diagnosis of people risks and research on internal and external HR trends.
Design and manage structured action plans, overseeing day-to-day activities for effective implementation.
Engage across peer groups (HRC teams, Heads of HRs, HR CoEs, HR advisors) and businesses to enable successful project delivery.
Manage stakeholder expectations and requirements of the business.
Oversee and manage OKRs for respective workstreams and projects.

Job Requirements

6-8 years of experience in driving large initiatives spanning multiple HR areas.
Experience in large projects related to Engagement, Culture, People Experience, Leadership, Talent Management is desirable.
Strong analytical abilities to draw insights supporting business decisions.
Ability to lead and/or manage complex projects with end-to-end ownership.
Comfortable working in ambiguity and mitigating risks.
Critical thinking skills and strong influential skills to engage with senior stakeholders.
A graduate or postgraduate degree is required.
