Lead - Industry Academia Partnerships

Job Objective Lead - Industry Academia Partnerships, a role crafted for a dynamic professional with deep technological insight and a proven ability to foster strategic relationships across sectors The Lead plays a vital role by integrating industry expertise in the academic and training ecosystem. The position contributes directly to building a future-ready, skilled workforce aligned to business goals. The role will act as a strategic bridge between the organizations business units (BUs) & external institutions.

Roles and Responsibilities • Identify and assess external partners aligned to BU-specific needs • Conduct capability assessments and partner due diligence • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with knowledge and technology partners • Serve as the primary liaison during project rollouts • Facilitate smooth coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders • Prepare periodic reports on partner performance and project outcomes • Present insights and improvement recommendations to senior leadership

Education & Technical Qualifications • Masters degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field • Strong grasp of emerging technologies and innovation ecosystems • Familiarity with skilling, and workforce planning frameworks • Knowledge of Indias vocational education landscape • Skilled in project tracking tools, MS Office, and dashboard reporting • Understanding of MoU development, institutional processes, and compliance norms
