Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical HR professional to serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for HR operations in the assigned region. This role involves close collaboration with business leaders and HR teams to drive strategic initiatives through data-driven insights, workforce planning, and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with the Regional HR Business Partner to integrate data from multiple systems for comprehensive analysis.
  • Align HR strategies with operational goals by collaborating with business leaders.
  • Provide strategic HR guidance on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational design.
  • Present analytical findings and actionable recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on trends, tools, and best practices in people analytics and HR technology.
  • Continuously improve data collection, reporting standards, and analytical techniques.
  • Act as the SPOC for all HR operational activities for the aligned region.

People Metrics & Insights

  • Track and measure key HR metrics to identify workforce trends and support business outcomes.
  • Analyze data related to employee performance, turnover, recruitment, engagement, training & development, attrition, and retention.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure data-driven decision-making in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 3–8 years of experience in HR operations or people analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, HRIS systems, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in working with global teams or in a regional HR role is a plus.
