The Specialist 2, Human Resources; HR professional who plays a critical role in shaping and executing the human resources processes, policies, framework and programs in alignment with goals of the organization. This position requires an individual with a comprehensive understanding of HR practices, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive positive change. The role will be responsible for collaborating with a spectrum of HR functions, contributing to the development of a vibrant and inclusive workplace culture, and aligning HR initiatives with broader business objectives. The ideal candidate is solution-oriented, highly adaptable, go getter and passionate about creating meaningful employee and leader interactions while ensuring compliance and process excellence.
- Collaborate with Business Partners and Leader Support teams to implement business unit strategies that drive organizational growth, innovation, and operational effectiveness.
- Coach and advise business leaders on HR initiatives including employee relations, people programs, team dynamics, and leadership development.
- Serve as an employee advocate by addressing and resolving employee grievances using a proactive, solution-focused approach.
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle including but not limited to onboarding, orientation, engagement, benefits, query resolution, rewards and recognition
- Design and implement internal communication and enabling strategies that promote transparency and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Analyze HR and business data to identify trends and provide insights and recommendations to improve retention, engagement, and performance.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions and a consistent employee experience.
- Assist with internal and external audits and ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and relevant employment regulations.
- Maintain and manage HR intranet pages to support site-wide communication and access to HR resources.
- Demonstrate agility by adapting to evolving business and functional needs and priorities, taking on new responsibilities as required.
- Exhibit high ownership, effective time management, and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Qualifications
- Masters degree or relevant certification desirable
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources with a global technology organization.
- Demonstrated success in developing global strategy and driving process improvements in a global workplace
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills (including presentation skills) across levels, with an ability to analyze data, and the ability to build analytical culture in management

- An agile and continuous learner with personal resilience and an ability to deal with ambiguity and uncertainties
- Experience working with HRIS tool is a plus
