Looking for an experienced HR Manager (Male candidate preferred) to manage HR operations.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and HR policies.
Handle recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and performance management.
Responsible for implementing HR policies and employee engagement initiatives.
Manage statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, and LWF.
Prepare and support internal & external HR and compliance audits.
Proficiency required in Saral Paypack , MS Excel, Word, and HR data reporting.
610 years of HR experience in the manufacturing industry preferred.
