Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including daily logs, test results, and inventory usage. Report project progress and issues to supervisors in a timely manner. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Telecommunications preferred. Proven experience in cable laying, splicing, and CCTV installation. Familiarity with tools and test equipment such as crimpers, splicing machines, testers, drills, and hand tools. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Physically fit and able to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in outdoor conditions.
