Source to Pay Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced

Source to Pay (S2P) Experts

with deep expertise in ServiceNow to join our growing team. This role demands a strong understanding of S2P processes along with the ability to work on platform integrations and data management tasks. You will play a key role in enhancing procurement workflows and ensuring seamless data operations across systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and implement Source to Pay processes in ServiceNow.
Manage Purchase Orders (PO) lifecycle within the platform.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party procurement systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proper data mapping and quality across the procurement module.
Support ongoing platform improvements and customizations.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow, particularly in:
- Platform administration
- Source to Pay (S2P)
- Purchase Order (PO) Management
- Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, external systems)
- Data Management and transformation
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
