Job Description: Inside sales / technical support: respond to requests from regional sales managers, independent reps and customers regarding technical information concerning our Vacuum Automation products, applications and solutions. Regional support to include the following: Communication updates with Area Sale Managers via; phone, e-mail & CRM tools. Conduct laboratory trials to simulate applications with customers products. Prepare quotations for our standard products and customized solutions. Participate in training presentations for all sales channels and customers via; in-house, hands-on, digital or web-based tools. Job Requirement BA/BS Engineering/Technical Discipline and/or 2-3 years technical/customer support experience. Flexibility and an interest in learning technical product applications. PC proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and working knowledge of CAD required. SolidWorks/Solid Edge desired. Demonstrated experience in problem solving through analytical troubleshooting. Experience providing solutions in a customer service environment preferred.

The role includes ownership of the Group website, intranet, and LinkedIn presence, as well as production of brand and visual materials. This position combines hands-on content creation with strategic communication planning to strengthen the Piab Group brand and support collaboration across the organization. This role directly contributes to the Group Communications & Learning team’s ambition to create a more unified, modern, and scalable communication and learning ecosystem that strengthens Piab Group’s brand, empowers employees, and supports business growth across all divisions. Responsibilities: Manage the Group website (www.piabgroup.com): act as main editor and ensure all content, layout, and functionality are up to date and aligned with Group standards. Manage the Group intranet (piCONNECT): act as main editor and ensure content, layout, and functionality support internal communication and collaboration. Manage the Group’s social media presence on LinkedIn : plan, draft, and publish posts in line with to the Group communication plan. Coordinate production of Group brand materials , including business cards, office templates, images, videos, and other visual assets, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines. Create and edit content for the website, intranet, and social media channels. Track, analyze, and report on performance and engagement across the website, intranet, and social media channels.
