Job Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential customers through research and cold calling. Maintain and update customer databases. Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for sales presentations. Sales Presentations: Assist senior sales representatives in preparing and delivering presentations to potential clients. Learn and demonstrate product/service knowledge during sales pitches. Support in answering client questions and addressing their concerns. Sales Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions. Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management review. Assist in preparing quotations and sales agreements. Customer Relationship Management: Assist in nurturing and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Handle customer queries and escalate issues to relevant teams for resolution. Follow up on customer satisfaction after sales completion. Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitor, and customer needs. Provide insights and feedback to the sales team to optimize strategies. Target Achievement: Meet individual sales targets as set by the management. Contribute to the overall team goals by assisting in various sales initiatives. Exp: 0-2 years Qualification: Min Graduation Gender: Male preferred (Bike and laptop mandatory)
