Sales Trainee

Job Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:Identify potential customers through research and cold calling.Maintain and update customer databases.Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for sales presentations.Sales Presentations:Assist senior sales representatives in preparing and delivering presentations to potential clients.Learn and demonstrate product/service knowledge during sales pitches.Support in answering client questions and addressing their concerns.Sales Documentation & Reporting:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management review.Assist in preparing quotations and sales agreements.Customer Relationship Management:Assist in nurturing and maintaining relationships with existing clients.Handle customer queries and escalate issues to relevant teams for resolution.Follow up on customer satisfaction after sales completion.Market Research:Conduct research on market trends, competitor, and customer needs.Provide insights and feedback to the sales team to optimize strategies.Target Achievement:Meet individual sales targets as set by the management.Contribute to the overall team goals by assisting in various sales initiatives.Exp: 0-2 years Qualification: Min GraduationGender: Male preferred (Bike and laptop mandatory)
