Job Description As a Sales Trainee at our company, you will be an integral part of our growing team, focusing on supporting the sales cycle and client relationships. You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in tech sales. Your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Identify and manage leads from various sources such as online platforms, trade fairs, and referrals. - Initiate contact with potential clients to understand their business needs. - Present and explain product features, advantages, and benefits to prospective clients. - Customize product pitches based on client requirements to convert leads into sales. - Schedule and conduct product demonstrations both online and in-person. - Maintain a CRM database with updated client and prospect information. - Participate in branding and promotional activities including exhibitions and webinars. - Assist in creating marketing and sales collateral. - Develop and nurture strong post-sales relationships to drive referrals and repeat business. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn. - Ability to understand technical products and present them in simple terms. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - A proactive and customer-focused mindset. Please note that this position offers a 3 months internship followed by a job opportunity, hands-on training, mentorship from industry experts, the chance to work on live projects, and a vibrant learning-driven work culture with flexible work timings.
