Criteria Points:  Gender: Male  Age Limit: 30 - 40 years  Qualification: Any Graduate  Required Skills:  Strong Leadership And Team Management Abilities  Hands-On Experience In Spare Parts Inventory Handling  Knowledge Of Billing Systems, Accounts Flow, And Basic Financial Reporting  Expertise In Planning & Executing Marketing Campaigns (B2B & B2C)  Strong Communication & Negotiation  Proficient In ERP/DMS Systems, Tally, MS Excel  Familiar With Dealer-Level Compliance And Reporting Standards  Experience: 5 – 7 years in Two-Wheeler Spare Parts / Automobile Management  Salary : ₹22,000 - ₹30,000 per month  Shift Timings: 9:30 AM - 8:00 PM  Location: Head Office (Pudhur,Madurai) + Travel to 6 Branches as needed  Week Off: Sunday  Bonus: Yearly Once  Increment : Based on Yearly Performance
