1. Manager Spares- 1 NO Requirement Details:  The role requires in-depth knowledge of spare parts operations and the ability to manage multiple departments including sales, marketing, inventory, billing, accounts, and customer service.  The candidate should be able to lead teams, plan marketing strategies, and ensure smooth day-to-day dealership operations.  Must maintain coordination between branches, ensure compliance with company and brand standards, and drive business growth. Job Description: Job Brief: Responsible for overall operations, team coordination, stock control, customer service, and marketing initiatives to ensure steady growth and profitability. Criteria Points:  Gender: Male  Age Limit: 30 - 40 years  Qualification: Any Graduate  Required Skills:  Strong Leadership And Team Management Abilities  Hands-On Experience In Spare Parts Inventory Handling  Knowledge Of Billing Systems, Accounts Flow, And Basic Financial Reporting  Expertise In Planning & Executing Marketing Campaigns (B2B & B2C)  Strong Communication & Negotiation  Proficient In ERP/DMS Systems, Tally, MS Excel  Familiar With Dealer-Level Compliance And Reporting Standards  Experience: 5 – 7 years in Two-Wheeler Spare Parts / Automobile Management  Salary : ₹22,000 - ₹30,000 per month  Shift Timings: 9:30 AM - 8:00 PM  Location: Head Office (Pudhur,Madurai) + Travel to 6 Branches as needed  Week Off: Sunday  Bonus: Yearly Once  Increment : Based on Yearly Performance
